My nightmare overseas medical experience
I went to Rafael Obando who recommended invisalign for a very minor problem. I now have a terrible misalignment of my entire jaw as a result. Do not trust Rafael nor invisalign. I recommend reading consumeraffairs reviews before using invisalign and make sure your doctor understands the treatment method, because invisalign is only as good as the doctor using it. Rafael also grinded/filed down my canine teeth “for cosmetic reasons” without asking me. Absolute nightmare. After the misalignment Rafael refused to acknowledge any problem and just kept repeating I can get more invisalign. I went to another specialist who diagnosed the misalignment and wouldn’t even discuss treatment without bone scans and other professional input, that’s how bad it is. Stay far away from these people, you will regret it.
What’s worse–I left this review on their google page and somehow they keep getting it removed. Who knows how many people have had their reviews removed? It explains their good rating!
